Day of Service: What to Expect
- On your service day, expect reliable service, a watchful eye on any indications of changes in your pets health and prompt friendly communication.
- Before your service begins you will receive 60 min notification. Customers are not required to be present for service. Take care to ensure easy access to areas scheduled for cleaning and that dogs are secured indoors, away from areas to be scooped.
- Your OPS technician will text you upon arrival and begin quickly and methodically clearing dog waste from the scooping area.
- As your pooper scooper is leaving your freshly scooped yard, you will receive a photo of your closed gate to provide you with peace of mind that the gate has been secured for your pets safety. At this time all of the scooping equipment will be sprayed with kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Your OPS technician will neatly double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can. If your trash can is not accessible, the waste will simply be double-bagged and placed on the side of your home for you to dispose of at your convenience. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
